1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if it meets the following conditions:

✔ The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
✔ The item is not a final sale, custom-made, or non-returnable item (see Section 5).
✔ You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email our support team at Service@wowkawaii.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing & Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

🚫 Gift cards or digital products
🚫 Clearance or final sale items
🚫 Opened personal care items (e.g., beauty products, earphones)

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
